Lee is a fantastic personal trainer! From the get go I was given a personalised nutrition plan and fitness plan. I'm based in Wales so it's more of an online coaching but it's honestly been life transforming. My goal was and still is weight loss and to gain more strength and I have seen a massive difference in my weight and strength since I first started with Lee. I have lost over two stone and my health has drastically improved. I had really bad knees and suffered from various aches and pains, and since the weight loss I don't feel that pain anymore which is amazing! We have done online training sessions which have been awesome, I really enjoyed it and she was great! I can't thank Lee enough for what she's done for me and what she'll continue doing for me!
