My Journey
My journey didn’t stop with getting healthier—it became about pushing my limits and seeing what I was truly capable of. One of my biggest challenges was preparing for my first bodybuilding show, where I lost an incredible 22kg to step on stage. This wasn’t just about physical transformation; it was about proving to myself that I could do hard things.
At the time, I was working in the emergency services, juggling demanding night shifts and a high- stress environment. It wasn’t easy—there were long nights, exhaustion, and moments where I questioned if I could keep going. But I learned to find strength in the hardships. Fitness became my anchor, something I could prioritize no matter what life threw at me.
Through the process, I discovered the power of discipline and consistency. Even on the toughest days, I stuck to my goals because I knew the rewards were worth it. That experience didn’t just change my body—it changed my mindset. It taught me resilience, grit, and how to turn obstacles into stepping stones.
Now, I bring that same energy and determination to my coaching. I know how challenging life can get, and I also know that with the right plan and support, anything is possible. Lee is a fantastic personal trainer! From the get go I was given a personalised nutrition plan and fitness plan. I'm based in Wales so it's more of an online coaching but it's honestly been life transforming. My goal was and still is weight loss and to gain more strength and I have seen a massive difference in my weight and strength since I first started with Lee. I have lost over two stone and my health has drastically improved. I had really bad knees and suffered from various aches and pains, and since the weight loss I don't feel that pain anymore which is amazing! We have done online training sessions which have been awesome, I really enjoyed it and she was great! I can't thank Lee enough for what she's done for me and what she'll continue doing for me!
